TNEA Random Number
Anna University, Chennai will release Random number for all the students whoever applied for Admission on 5th June 2013. Random Number is a system auto generated number. This will be a 10 digit number. This Random Number will be considered as the 5th priority on the TNEA ranking.
Tamil Nadu Engineering Counselling 2013
TamilNadu Engineering (TNEA) application forms will be issued immediately after the Tamil Nadu HSC/ +2 results. The merit list will be prepared based on the cut-off marks from Higher Secondary Exam (HSE) subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to 200. The students will be called based on the cut-off marks with TamilNadu Engineering cutoff Ranking 2013 which starting from 1 till the eligible students whoever applied for TN engineering admission. Based upon the applicants the merit list and ranking will be prepared. B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch counseling schedule will be updated after the announcement.

TNEA Rank List will be released by Anna University Chennai. If you have applied under sports quota, Check your Sports Rank also.
Sports Quota Certificate Verification
Students will be called for sports quota certificate verification on second week of June 2013. The updated sports rank list will be released after the announcement. Sports quota Counselling will be held on second week of June 2013. Students applied for sports quota and called for counselling should come for certificate verification to Anna University Chennai.
Counselling Call Letters
The counselling call letter will be sent to the students applied for TamilNadu Engineering Admissions. The counselling date and time slot will be intimated in the call letter. The date will be based on the Overall rank or Community Rank of the student.
How to attend B.E, B.Tech Counselling
The counselling sessions will be carried out in Anna University, Chennai for all the students. One parent/ Guardian and the student will be allowed inside the hall for select the College and Branch.
The students needs to analyse their Engineering colleges option available for their date and time of counselling in advance. Because the student can choose only the Engineering seats and colleges available on that date. The student has to Select the Right Engineering Branch (Mech, Civil, CS, ECE, IT, EEE, BioTech etc.. ) on their preferred Engineering college. Branch will be allotted during counselling based on the students preference and availability of seats on colleges. Attend our Seminar on Counselling to choose the right college for your cutoff marks.
Note : Once the institution along with the branch is allotted for the students during the counselling cannot be altered at any moments further. Hence you can’t interchange the option both in branch as well as the college.
TNEA 2013 Counselling Schedule
TamilNadu Engineering Admissions 2013 Counselling schedule will be announced by Anna University, Chennai. The counselling for the sports quota will be started in 1st week of July, the counselling for the general candidates will be started from 2nd week of July, 2013.
